Maple Gardens

Maple Gardens is a contemporary new homes development by builders Feltham Construction, based in Newbury. We were asked to help them develop a contemporary new style for their brand and a marketing campaign for their latest site launch.

Graphic Design

We produced a fresh brand ID that was accessible and had broad appeal. A key draw for the new development was the countryside location, so we incorporated a leaf icon in burnt orange that stands out against the deep green to create a recognisable identity.

In addition to developing the brand look and feel, we also created a suite of marketing materials from brouchures to printed adverts, to promote the new development.
