Prospect is a UK Estate Agency and like many high street businesses, their location is great in terms of natural footfall however they have numerous competitors all within walking distance. Therefore Prospect needed to stand out and be memorable.
The branding uses a bright colour combination which is instantly recognisable and we made the most of that with custom LED wall graphics, modern ‘egg’ style seating and bespoke signage. We also installed porcelain flooring, a custom reception counter design and branded sculptural wall art, ensuring the theme and styling was consistent throughout the entire office.
